Multi-day intensive

Certificate of completion issued by Pao Boscán Academy. It is not a Texas licence: applying lash extensions professionally in Texas requires a TDLR licence (for example Eyelash Extension Specialist, Esthetician or Cosmetologist), and we will explain exactly what applies to you.

What you will learn

This is the course for someone starting with nothing but the decision. No previous experience is assumed, and nothing is skipped because it seems obvious.

You will learn isolation before you learn speed, because everything else depends on it. You will learn the anatomy of the natural lash, how to map a set to an eye shape, how to choose weight so you never damage a client, and how to diagnose why retention failed instead of guessing. Adhesive behaviour, humidity, hygiene and station setup are all covered properly — these are the things that separate a lash artist from someone who took a weekend class.

You practise on real models under supervision, and you are corrected in the moment rather than told afterwards. You leave with a certificate of completion (not a state licence), a professional kit, and with access to the graduate group where you can keep asking questions long after the course ends.

1. Lash anatomy and the growth cycle
What you are working on, how it grows, and why the cycle dictates your fill schedule.
2. Isolation
The single skill everything else rests on. Drilled until it is reliable, not until it is understood.
3. Mapping and design
Reading an eye shape and mapping curl, length and density by section.
4. Weight and lash health
Choosing an extension your client’s natural lash can carry, every time.
5. Adhesive, humidity and retention
How to diagnose a retention problem instead of blaming the client.
6. Hygiene, sanitation and station setup
Single-use policy, sanitation protocol, and setting up a station that works.
7. Live practice on models
Supervised sets on real clients, corrected as you work.
8. Pricing, clients and your first month
What to charge, how to fill a calendar, and what to post.

Questions about this course

Do I need any experience?
None. This course assumes you have never held a pair of lash tweezers.
Will I be able to take clients after this?
That is the whole point of the course, and it is why we practise on real models rather than mannequins. How quickly you fill a calendar depends on you, and the business module exists to help.
Is the course taught in Spanish?
Yes. Cohorts run in English and in Spanish, and materials are provided in both.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We accept Square, cash and Cherry financing, which splits the course into monthly payments.
What happens after the last day?
You join the graduate group, where you can post cases and ask questions. Support does not end when the course does.
