This site is information, not medical advice
Everything published here describes treatments in general terms. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from your own physician. Treatments are performed under physician supervision, and several of them require an assessment before anything can be scheduled.
Results
Individual results vary from person to person. No outcome shown or described on this site is promised or guaranteed. Images marked as illustrative are not photographs of Pao Boscán clients.
Booking
An online booking made on this site is confirmed when you see the confirmation screen and receive the confirmation message. A booking request form is a request, not an appointment: it exists once we have confirmed the time with you. Treatments that need a medical assessment are only performed after that assessment, and the provider may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not suitable for you. Prices quoted anywhere on this site are indicative until confirmed at your consultation; if a price on the site differs from the one confirmed at your appointment, the confirmed price applies.
Rescheduling, cancellation and deposits
Online bookings are secured with a payment: either a $35 deposit, deducted from the price of the service at the appointment, or the full price. The policy is shown, and must be accepted, before you pay. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the appointment: the deposit is refunded or moved to the new date, at your choice, and a full payment is refunded in full or moved in full. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice, or not attending: the $35 deposit is kept as a late-cancellation fee; if you paid in full, there is no cash refund, and the amount paid minus $35 is kept as credit toward a new appointment. If the studio has to cancel or move your appointment, you get a full refund or a new date, at your choice. To cancel or reschedule, contact the studio by WhatsApp or phone. Card payments are processed by Square, which emails your receipt. No fee is charged that was not disclosed to you in advance.
Age
Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian present and consenting, and some treatments are not offered to minors at all. Permanent makeup, microblading and other tattoo-based procedures are not performed on anyone under 18, except as Texas law specifically permits. Injectables, weight-loss programmes and laser treatments for minors are subject to medical assessment and may be declined.
AI Beauty Studio
AI Beauty Studio is a free visual tool. Its simulations and unit estimates are illustrative approximations generated on your device; they are not a diagnosis, medical advice, a treatment plan or a quote, and they do not predict your result. Only an in-person assessment by a qualified professional can determine whether a treatment suits you and what it involves. Use the tool only with photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.
Academy courses
Certificates and attendance records issued by Pao Boscán Academy confirm that you completed our training. They are not a Texas state licence. Working professionally in Texas in lash extensions, esthetics, permanent makeup and other regulated services requires the licence or registration that applies to that service, which is issued by the relevant state agency, not by us.
Financing
Cherry financing is provided by Cherry, and Afterpay instalments (available online when you pay in full) by Afterpay. Approval, interest, fees and repayment terms are determined by Cherry or Afterpay, not by Pao Boscán, and any dispute about them is between you and that provider. Our cancellation policy applies to a booking paid with Afterpay in the same way as to one paid by card; any refund is made back through Afterpay.
