How do I book an appointment?
Book online in a few minutes, or message us on WhatsApp if you would rather talk it through first. Some treatments — weight loss, injectables, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, permanent makeup and both laser services — require a consultation before your first session, and the booking flow will route you there automatically.
Which treatments require a consultation first?
Weight loss programs, wellness injectables, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, permanent makeup, laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal. These are assessed under physician supervision before anything is scheduled. Lashes, brows, facials, waxing and massage can be booked directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you book you pay either a $35 deposit, which is deducted from the total at your appointment, or the full price. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead and your deposit is refunded or moved to the new date; if you paid in full, you get a full refund or the full amount moves. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the $35 deposit is kept; if you paid in full, there is no cash refund and the amount paid, minus $35, stays as credit for a new appointment. To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp or call the studio.
What happens if I arrive late?
Appointments are spaced so the studio stays private and unhurried, which means a late start shortens your own treatment rather than the next client’s. If you are running behind, call or message us — we will tell you honestly whether there is still enough time to do the work properly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Square, cash, and Cherry financing for treatments and courses you would rather pay monthly.
How does Cherry financing work?
Cherry splits the cost of a treatment series or an Academy course into monthly payments. You apply through Cherry directly, it takes a few minutes, and approval terms come from them rather than from us. Ask about it at your consultation and we will point you to the application.
