How it works

Permanent makeup goes wrong in one of two ways: the shape is not yours, or the pigment is not yours. Both are decided before any work begins, which is why the first part of your appointment is drawing, measuring and mixing — and why you will approve the shape in a mirror before anything is permanent.

We offer powder and ombré brows for softly defined, makeup-like definition, and lip micropigmentation for clients who want the border evened, the color corrected, and the daily lipstick step removed. Undertone matching matters most on lips, and it is mixed for your skin rather than chosen from a numbered chart.

This is a two-appointment process by design. The first session places the work; the perfecting session four to eight weeks later corrects how your skin healed. A consultation is required before your first session, results vary from person to person, and the treatment is performed under physician supervision.

What it does for you

  • Shape mapped and approved by you before any pigment is placed
  • Pigment mixed for your undertone, not picked from a chart
  • Powder and ombré brows, and lip micropigmentation
  • A perfecting session included in the process by design
  • Performed under physician supervision with single-use tooling
  • Performed by the artist who trains other artists

Choose your treatment

  1. Consultation and patch test

Health history, candidacy, expectations, and a patch test before your session is confirmed.

  2. Design and colour match

Mapped to your features and mixed to your undertone. You approve both in a mirror.

  3. The session

Topical numbing applied first. Most clients describe pressure and vibration rather than pain.

  4. Healing

Written aftercare and a realistic description of every stage, including the days it looks darker.

  5. Perfecting session

Four to eight weeks later, we correct for how your skin healed. This is part of the process, not a repair.

Questions about this treatment

How long does it last?
Permanent makeup fades gradually over time and the timeline varies significantly with skin type, sun exposure and skincare. We will give you a realistic range for your skin at your consultation rather than a fixed promise.
Does it hurt?
Topical numbing is applied before and during the session. Most clients describe pressure and vibration rather than pain, though sensitivity varies from person to person.
Why is the perfecting session necessary?
Because skin heals differently in different areas and in different people. The second session corrects for how yours healed. Any artist who tells you one session is always enough is overselling.
Will it look too dark at first?
Yes, for the first several days, and that is expected. We walk you through every stage of healing in advance so nothing surprises you.
I have old permanent makeup from elsewhere. Can you work over it?
Sometimes. Send photos before booking a consultation. Depending on the colour and saturation, removal or correction may be needed first, and we will tell you honestly.
