How it works
Laser hair removal is the treatment where honesty at the consultation matters more than anywhere else on this menu, because results depend heavily on your hair and your skin — not on how good the machine is.
Dense, dark hair responds best. Fine, blonde, red and grey hair responds poorly or not at all, and we will tell you that before you pay rather than after your third session. Your skin type determines the settings, and a patch test is required before your first full treatment. Certain medications and recent sun exposure will postpone your appointment, which is why the intake form is not a formality.

Questions about this treatment
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the area, your hair and your hormones. We plan a realistic series at your consultation rather than selling an unlimited package.
Does it work on blonde or grey hair?
Poorly, and often not at all. Laser targets pigment in the hair. We will tell you this at your consultation rather than take your money for a series that will not deliver.
Why do I need a patch test?
To confirm how your skin responds at the chosen settings before we treat a full area. It is a short wait that prevents a long problem.
Can I come if I have a tan?
No. Recent sun exposure or a tan means we postpone. Tell us honestly at booking — it protects your skin, not our schedule.
Should I shave before my appointment?
Yes, shave the area the day before. Do not wax, pluck or epilate for several weeks beforehand — the laser needs the root in place.
